We are delighted to announce that we have secured the international audience experience expert Lisa Baxter for a one-off day of workshops here in Auckland.
Lisa will be in Auckland for one day only following her presentations at the Australian Council for the Arts Summit in Canberra to give the workshop that changed the way organisations like the UK’s Manchester Royal Exchange Theatre and the National Football Museum view their relationship with audiences – and who have seen their business grow substantially as a result.
More information on this event can be found below. For further information and bookings email us at miles [at] hensloweirving.com or call zero-two-two-zero 464 425.

What have other people said about Lisa’s Audience Experience Labs?
“The impact of Lisa’s Audience Experience Programme has brought two huge gifts to the organisation: a change in our thinking and a fresh insight into our audiences. The impact can be felt across the whole organisation. We’ve learnt how to apply the same care and skill with which we create our shows to how we create an experience for our audience.” Roddy Gauld, Chief Executive, The Octagon Theatre, Bolton
“Venue managers know that people’s experience at their venue can be a make-or-break factor when they’re considering buying tickets in the future. But often venue managements don’t have the time to step back and really think about whether it’s fun – or not – to attend an event at their venue. This is a brilliant opportunity for Auckland venue managements and their teams to step out of the everyday routine and spend some time with a world expert.” – Miles Gregory, Principal, Henslowe Irving: Arts Management Consultants
“Lisa’s workshop inspired delegates to adopt a mind-shift in their approach towards visitor experience design. Delegates left feeling inspired to create more customer-centric organisations.” Alison O’Hara, Chief Executive, Audiences North East
“Lisa’s work will significantly contribute to the transformation of the Student Union Building and ensure the experiences we create are as amazing as we intend it to be.” Ben Pilling, Head of Operations and Development, Bristol University Students Union
